Neurotoxins
Neurotoxins are derived from botulinum toxin. Some well-known brands are: Botox, Dysport and Xeomin. They all work to relax the muscles targeted but they have slightly different sizes of units and activation times.
These are FDA-approved injectables that help prevent and soften the lines of the forehead, brows, crow’s feet, and lips.
These injectables can also be used to help with jaw clenching, migraines, and excessive sweating.
Do not book this appointment within 2 weeks of a special event as you may have bruising or swelling.
Dysport / Botox / Xeomin: $13/unit
(The number of units will be assessed on an individual basis)
Masseter Botox
Masseter muscles help us chew but sometimes they need to be relaxed to help decrease teeth grinding, jaw pain, headaches. Neurotoxin can be injected into the masseter muscles to help with this. Pricing will vary and is priced per unit of neurotoxin.
Lip Flip: $150
A lip flip is a subtle way to show more of the top lip when smiling. It is done by injecting neurotoxin above the lip to help relax the muscle. (Note: when a lip flip is done with other areas of neurotoxin, it is priced per unit).
Dermal Filler
Dermal fillers are made up of hylauronic acid, which is a naturally occurring substance in the body. As we age, we lose volume in our face and neck, which can result in a more hollow look. Filler is used to replace lost volume, smooth wrinkles, plump lips, and subtly contour cheeks and jawlines. The amount of filler used will vary by individual so prices will be determined in consult.
Lip Filler
Lip filler is used to add volume, smooth wrinkles, and provide hydration to the lips. It also can help correct asymmetries and create balance in the lips. Whether you are looking for more full, but still natural-looking lips or just want to add hydration and balance, it is completely customizable based on your goals. It is important to remember that your anatomy will be assessed at your appointment and it may take more than one treatment based on treatment goals. A full treatment of lip filler is $750 and a half treatment is $550. If you have any allergies to lidocaine it is important to let us know.
Dissolve Filler
During this appointment we will work to dissolve migrated filler or unsatisfactory results. We require a 48 hour notice for cancellation. A credit card will be required to book this appointment. You will possibly need more than one session to completely resolve the filler. $250/syringe.

This is a weight loss consultation to discuss diet, exercise, and possible medical weight loss drugs.
B12 Injection
This is an intramuscular injection. B12 injections can help with energy and weight loss.
B12 Injection-Dose Pack
This is an intramuscular injection. B12 injections can help with energy and weight loss. For this service, you will take the injections home with you and give yourself weekly injections of B12. If you do not want to give your own injections, you can book the other B12 injection service and the injection will be administered in the clinic for you. You will be given 6 weeks of injections at a time.
Semaglutide (12 weeks of medication)
This service includes 12 weeks of Semaglutide/Tirzepatide (price may vary between medications). Monthly follow ups required and labs every 3-6 months.
RF Microneedling:
RF Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that uses AI to control tiny needles and radiofrequency waves to rejuvenate facial skin. The treatment causes controlled skin injury. The damage stimulates the growth of healthy new skin, which can benefit common skin issues like acne scars and wrinkles. Generally, 3-4 treatments will give best results and then a touch up treatment every 6-12 months to maintain results. It is not necessary to topically numb for this procedure but numbing can be applied if you would like. Please arrive 30 minutes early for your appointment if you would like numbing applied. There is no downtime for this procedure. but full results may take 3-6 months.
VI Peels
A VI Peel is a medical-grade, medium-depth peel designed to restore a more even skin tone and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while also smoothing rough skin. It is safe for all skin types.

Signature Onyx Microtox Facial: $499.00
Looking for a glow-up before an event? This is the perfect treatment for you! There is no downtime and it leaves you with bright, flawless skin for at least 4-6 weeks but up to 3-4 months. This procedure uses a micro-channeling device with tiny 24 karat gold needles to infuse neurotoxin, vitamins and minerals, and hyaluronic acid just below the surface of the skin. This results in a reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, shrinking pores, reduction of acne, and improves skin brightness and hydration. Generally, topical numbing will be applied prior and then your personalized cocktail is stamped into the skin. Do not book if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have broken skin, active acne, or a skin infections please wait to book until this has cleared up.

I graduated with my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2012 from Creighton University and worked for 4 years on a medical surgical/acute care for elders unit.
I earned my Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016 and have worked in urology, radiation oncology, urogynecology, and men’s health.
